For the Post Of Faculty Member :
- M.sc in Mathematics/Chemistry or B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M Tech.
- Cadidate with First Class Degree throughout and an overall good academic record will be preferred.
- Teaching Experience in professional coaching institutes for engineering/Medical aspirants.
- Knowledge of Curriculum for JEE entrance examination.
- Proven track record of preparing,coaching & ,mentoring engineering aspirants and creating a conducive learning environment amongst students.
- Experience in handling the day-to-day affairs of students of a residential coaching institute.
For the post of Hostel Warden cum Caretaker cum office Assistant :
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Diploma in Office Management / Computer Application/ Hostel Management.
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in hostel management, administrative work or similar responsibilities in any educational institution, government, or reputed organization.
- Experience in student welfare, discipline, and hostel maintenance will be added advantage.
- Proficiency in Ms Office( Word, Excel, Email handing) and basic record- keeping.
- Experience in handling the day-to-day affairs of students of a residential coaching institute.
For The Post Of Nodal Officer :
- B.A/B.Sc/B.Tech with MBA OR M.A/M.Sc/M.Tech
- Atleast 5 Years of Experience in running professional coaching institutes for engineering/Medical aspirants.
- Knolegde of curiculum development for JEE entrance engineering aspirants and creating a conducive learning environment amongst students.
- Experience of handling day to day administrative matters of a residential coaching institute.
For the Post Of Nodal Officer : Upto Rs. 75,000/- Per Month (all inclusive) based on Experience.
For the Post of Faculty Member : Upto Rs. 75,000/- Per Month (all inclusive) based on experience and academic records.
For the Post of Hostel Warden Cum Caretaker Cum Office Assistant : Upto Rs. 25,000/- Per Month (all inclusive) based on experience and academic records.
